Medical walkers
Because medical walkers are needed by many people, it is important that these walkers are easy to use for all different types of people. One of the big factors that makes a walker attractive to certain people is their weight.
As far as weight goes, these walkers are not usually very heavy; they’re often made of durable aluminum frames that tend to be light and easy to use. This is also true of rollators, although they could be a little bit heavier, depending on how big and dense the wheels on the rollators are.
It is also important to consider the weight of the person who will be using the walkers. Most of these walkers are used by people who weigh less than 250 pounds.
On the other hand, there are also certain medical walkers that can be designed to hold the weight of people who might be a bit heavier. Often, these medical walkers are heavier themselves. They may not be made of aluminum, but could even be made of steel.
Medical walkers are getting to be more and more common, especially among those who want to be able to walk around a little bit instead of just being resigned to sitting in a wheelchair.
